Obnoxious Wig of the lead female
I loved the drama and the male lead. It started well, but then went on too slow & dragged. The male lead Wallace Chung is worth a watch, the way he portrayed all emotions of love was fantastic. I rewatched the series only to watch his love and angst scenes. But the most disappointing thing in the entire drama was the ugly wig and a bit of bad costumes of the female lead. I honestly felt there would be a change of hairstyle at some point, however it came only towards the end. Overall good storyWas this review helpful to you?

Before I started this drama I saw a lot of negative reviews about it but as a great Wallace and Tiffany fan I decided to give it a go and I really don't regret it. The story is quite simple, it's about two college lovers separating and then reuniting after seven years and the female lead's past during that time is little complicated, but it's not something which stirs up too much drama. This is basically just a light and fluffy drama, though the fluff only comes after the first few episodes where I really get frustrated with our leads not communicating causing both of them to get hurt again but after we get through it it's a smooth sail. The male lead though is quite possessive but unlike others he never looses his cool and has a good rational thinking especially when the 2nd male lead tried some pretty despicable stuff to separate the couple. The secondary couples are cute though I really didn't care for the sister ,she annoyed me a lot as even when after she decided to get over herself she immediately decided to dive into her previous self so I couldn't care more about what happened to her.The osts are really beautiful, my favorite is the opening song and it gives me a warm feeling.
So, for those who are looking for some solid plot and really gripping intense story, this is not your cup of tea.
This drama is basically a break from our daily workaday life where there is no complicated twists and turns and no misunderstanding that would lead us back to square one, so this drama will probably pull one out of the depression caused by tragic ending drama lol.

If the show drags for you, you can always switch to the condensed version of the show, which tightens the story line up.
Overall, a very solid 7 for me, mostly because of the acting by WC and supporting cast.

ML has me outraged - My Sunshine
Okay, I know it is 9 years after the film was made, and the book from which it comes was written 20 years ago. I don't care. I am old enough to know that no man would ever act the way he does and get away with it twenty, thirty or fifty years ago. (Yes, I know I am not living in the same society with the same norms, but enough is enough. I have read all of the reviews, and I am not finished with the series. I have read some of the spoilers, so I know not to get my hopes up that the FL will suddenly shut him down when the ML belittles her. I mean, he remembers how vibrant and quirky and full of life she was in college. But... He doesn't see the mealy-mouthed, insecure creature she has become in his presence? He is not the least bit curious as to her demeanor? He never stops to ask her, "What happened to you?" If he knows her father was enough of a jerk to demand he stay away from her, can't he put his common sense together to see why she left suddenly? So many people who wrote about this series commented on their frustration with the FL. I agree. But, I am more frustrated that the director thought this was okay. I wonder if
I have read posts about his mental illness and how he may exhibit PTSD... maybe. If that was the direction the show wanted to take then it should have done it properly.
So, why am I going to finish it? I am not sure. Perhaps, I am hoping someone kept out a key part (in the synopsis) where FL stomps on ML's foot and tells him to sit his a** down and listen for a minute. Perhaps he realizes he is the poster child for toxic masculinity and he changes his ways.
I truly hope I don't offend anyone by this rant. I just needed to take a breath as I start episode 14 feeling distraught.

Her personality change
So for those who mention her personality difference between now and before : have you ever had your heart crushed when young?I had my heart crushed many times, young and old and I can tell you : it shapes you into a different person.
According to some reviews she becomes her self when she's back with him : because her heart is restored.
I had my heart crushed forever and nothing will be restored. I'm a total different person.
When you lose a loved one, that's what it does.
I'm at episode 6 and enjoying it so far.
