both leads are similar in their emotionless work mode but in haken no hinkaku the lead is more expressive in her off hours.

they both are hard working women ready to tell it like it is when the time comes.

Haken is set in a company & deals with super awesome temp worker driving crazy the employees, Ogon deals with former swindler working in the Board of Audit's Special investigation, punishing civil servants embezzlers.

In Haken, i literally fell in love with the lead actress and her chemistry with Oizumi Yo. I desperately wanted to watch something similar, but settled for one of her other drama, Ogon. Only to find out i couldn't have been more lucky;) Both amazing with the same comedy/friendship feel to it, and the same lead couple! And Shinohara's character is that of a strong daring woman in both (she's so cool!)

Both have a cold hard working female main character. Both have a cute and clumsy girl that stands out next to that main character.

The main role is a woman in emotional denial but very effective and efficient worker. They're like robots. But in the end, human emotion is prove to be something inherent and can't be completely denied by oneself.

It's the prequel to part 2. Both are short and hilarious, I recommend watching part 1 if you want to understand the flashbacks but you would still understand the drama if don't want to. They got a lot of same actors from the first season which is always a plus.

Both are office dramas about female leads who refuses to work overtime at their current jobs after what happened to them in their previous jobs.

Haken no Hinkaku is more comedic and it's set in a corporate setting, while Watashi Teiji de Kaerimasu is more serious and it's set in a start-up setting.

Both have a strong female lead and employee among incompetent people. There is also humor and last, but not least skills.
