Hyun Bin's ruthless ambition soars to new heights in 'Made in Korea Season 2'
Choi Min Sik and Han So Hee's upcoming film The Intern has confirmed its September 16 theatrical release and unveiled its first poster and first teaser.
Korean remake of the Hollywood film of the same name, The Intern tells the story of Ki Ho (Choi Min Sik), a senior intern with 37 years of career experience, who joins the company of Sun Woo (Han So Hee), a CEO whose fashion business has become the industry's dark horse just three years after its launch. The film follows their office life as they overcome differences in generation and rank.
The newly released first poster shows senior intern Ki Ho (Choi Min Sik) and passionate CEO Sun Woo (Han So Hee) heading to work side by side.
Ki Ho's smile conveys both the confidence that comes from decades of experience and the excitement of his very first day on the job, while Sun Woo's expression reflects the confidence of a CEO who has turned her company into the fashion industry's dark horse in just three years since its founding.
The tagline, "Starting work today," is also expected to strike a chord with office workers.

The teaser opens with Ki Ho making his way to work for the first time in years, his face reflecting a mix of nervousness and excitement.
During his job interview with Vice President Young Hwan (Kim Jun Han), Ki Ho is asked about his strengths and weaknesses. He cleverly replies, "My strength is that I have a lot of experience, and my weakness is that I'm also quite old," earning himself an intern ID badge at the fashion startup Wootutu.
Dressed in a crisp suit and carrying a classic briefcase, Ki Ho arrives at the office and carefully lays out a cream bun, oranda (a traditional Korean puffed rice snack), a thermos, a desk clock, a pencil case, and even a bottle of ink on his desk, giving off the vibe of an old-school intern.
The trailer also shows Ki Ho wearing an unusually serious expression as he searches online for "How to work with MZ" and the meaning of the Korean slang term "gamda-dwi" (감다뒤). Although he is a seasoned veteran in the workplace, he is starting over as the most junior employee in a new company, piquing viewers' curiosity about his bittersweet life as a rookie intern.
The Intern is coming September 16. Watch the teaser here.
