'If Wishes Could Kill Season 2': Director Park shares what he wants to explore in new installment
Kim Min Ju has shared her thoughts on Still Shining.
Still Shining follows the journey of young people who once shared a world of their own as they become each other's source of trust and light, guiding each other's lives.
In the series, Kim Min Ju portrays Mo Eun Ah, a former hotelier who now works as a manager of an old-house stay, a woman brimming with enthusiasm in everything she does.
Still Shining marks Kim's first lead role in a drama. She explained why she chose the project: "I liked the warmth that Still Shining conveys. I liked the way Yeon Tae Seo and Mo Eun Ah like one another for who they are, cherish each other, and grow together."

As for her first impression of the character Mo Eun Ah, she stated, "What stood out to me was how genuine she is when it comes to the person she likes and the things she loves, and how she always does her best. I think she's a character whose purity makes her very charming."
With her affection for both the project and the character running deep, anticipation is growing for how Kim Min Ju will portray Mo Eun Ah — from her fresh-faced teenage years to her time as a more mature adult.

"To express how her personality changes after going through various experiences, I tried to adjust things like my vocal tone and the way I spoke. Externally as well, I also experimented with different styling options."
She added, "I spent a lot of time thinking during filming about what aspects of Mo Eun Ah would remain unchanged despite her getting older."
Lastly, Kim Min Ju pointed out what viewers can look forward to, saying, "From a fresh and refreshing romance to realistic stories, I think it's a story everyone can relate to, and because of that, people can talk about it a lot from their own perspectives. I hope you'll look forward to it and show it lots of interest."
Still Shining will premiere on March 6. The K-drama will be streaming on Netflix.
