100 Days of Deception has released a new teaser.

Set during the Japanese colonial period, 100 Days of Deception tells the story of Gyeongseong's top pickpocket Lee Ga Kyeong (Kim You Jung), who infiltrates the Japanese Government-General of Korea as Geum Seo Hee, and Kim Tae Woong (Park Jin Young), who works as an elite interpreter in the administration while harboring a secret.

Kim Hyun Joo plays Yoo So Ran, a sniper for the anti-Japanese organization Gugukdan; Lee Moo Saeng plays Yoo Philip, a Korean-American correspondent; and Jin Sun Kyu portrays Sato Shinichiro, the Director-General of Political Affairs at the Government-General of Korea.

The teaser gives a glimpse of the dynamics between the five characters, each driven by a different goal. Lee Ga Kyeong takes a dangerous deal to pursue her dream, saying, "Send me to America. Then I'll do it. I'll become a spy," while Yoo So Ran takes aim at Sato Shinichi for the revenge she has harbored for 13 years.

The relationship between Sato Hideo and Sato Shinichi is also tense. Sato Hideo asks, "What must I do to become your son, Father?" Sato Shinichi points a gun at him, revealing the cold relationship between father and son. Yoo Philip, as a reporter, tries to dig into the truth.

Lee Ga Kyeong approaches Sato Hideo using the fake name Geum Seo Hee, raising curiosity about how the two, who meet under disguised identities, will come to relate to each other.

100 Days of Deception will premiere on October 10. The K-drama will be streaming on Netflix. Watch the teaser here
