Ji Soo distances herself from brother's controversy, attorney issues statement

Actress Shin Eun Soo is in talks to join Hyeopban (literal translation).
According to an Xports News report, Shin Eun Soo confirmed her appearance in the new drama Hyeopban and is currently coordinating the details.
Responding to the report, her agency Management SOOP stated, "She has received an offer for Hyeopban and is positively reviewing it."
Hyeopban tells the story of a gangster named Ma Han Sang — who possesses excellent cooking skills — saving a college student from danger and then hiding at her home. It is a healing drama in which warm meals serve as a medium through which people offer comfort and support to one another.
The series is based on a Japanese novel by author Tetsuya Fukuzawa. It was also adapted into a drama in 2016 in Japan.
Previously, it was reported that Jang Keun Suk has been offered the role of Ma Han Sang, while Lee El is in talks to play the mother in a three-generation household — grandmother, mother, and daughter — where Ma Han Sang hides. If accepted, Shin Eun Soo will join as the daughter of this family, a college student.
Hyeopban is currently in preparation to begin filming in the first half of the year. Stay tuned!
