The Netflix series Mercy for None has released character stills.

Mercy for None follows Nam Gi Jun (So Ji Sub), who, after having left the underworld, returns after 11 years to avenge his brother Gi Seok's (Lee Jun Hyuk) death.

The two big organizations in the world of Mercy for None are Juwoon and Bongsan. The following stills give a glimpse of the characters associated with the gangs.

Lee Ju Woon (Huh Joon Ho), the head of the Juwoon Gang, is seen standing in the funeral hall of Nam Gi Seok (Lee Jun Hyuk). He deeply cared for Nam, as the successor of Juwoon, and like his own son.

Unlike his father Lee Ju Woon, who has led the organization his entire life, Lee Geum Son (Choo Young Woo) does not involve himself in the organization and walks his own path.

Choi Seong Cheol (Jo Han Chul) is the loyal right-hand man who accompanies Lee Ju Woon closely. Choi Seong Cheol works to stabilize the organization thrown into turmoil by the return of Nam Gi Jun and takes risks to manage the situation.

Then there is Nam Gi Seok. After his older brother Nam Gi Jun left the underworld, Nam Gi Seok grew Juwoon into a corporate entity and rose to the position of second-in-command of the organization. However, he becomes the catalyst for all chaos when he is attacked and dies in a mysterious assault.

The next set of stills captures the complex web of relationships within the Bongsan Gang: Koo Bong San (Ahn Kil Kang), the head of the Bongsan Gang; his son Koo Jun Mo (Gong Myung), the heir to the gang; Sim Seong Won (Lee Bum Soo), who handles the dark affairs; and Cha Yeong Do (Cha Seung Won), who doesn't belong to either gang.

A still shows Koo Jun Mo (Gong Myung) sitting in an office, arrogance exuding from him. As the heir to the organization, Koo is a man who must have everything he wants and make the impossible possible.

Koo Bong San (Ahn Kil Kang), the head of the Bongsan Gang, is seen with a tense expression in the midst of a brawl. He shares a complex relationship with Lee Ju Woon (Huh Joon Ho) — a man who is both his friend and rival.

Bringing his heavy charisma and nuanced acting, Ahn is set to vividly depict Koo Bong San as a man fighting to protect both his organization and his son amid the chaotic power struggles of the underworld.

Sim Seong Won, the head of N Clean who handles the dark affairs unfolding in the underworld, is portrayed by Lee Bum Soo. He is the one who provides Nam Gi Jun (So Ji Sub) with an important clue to the secret behind his brother Nam Gi Seok's (Lee Jun Hyuk) death.

And there's also Cha Yeong Do (Cha Seung Won), a mysterious figure, belonging neither to the Juwoon nor the Bongsan factions, yet knows every detail of what happens among and between them.

Mercy for None will premiere on Netflix on June 6.
