Releasing Grudges: What Would It Take to Forgive?

After watching Wei Shao go through all that forgiveness in The Prisoner of Beauty 🎬,
it got me thinking about those moments when we’re still holding onto grudges 🤨.
What would it be like to just... let it go? ✨
Have any of you ever experienced that lightness after forgiving someone (or yourself)?

I am still learning to forgive and forget. I haven't have an experience like Wei Shao's but when someone tries to harm you (in my case it was my employment) it is very hard to forgive. I am still trying.

Thank you so much for sharing. 🙏 I can feel the weight of what you're saying. Forgiveness is never easy, especially when someone’s actions have impacted you so deeply, like with your employment. It takes time, and it's okay to still be in that process. Everyone’s journey is unique, and sometimes it’s a matter of taking small steps forward, even if they’re hard. Be gentle with yourself as you work through it. 🌱

Luckily, that happened a few years ago, and I haven't seen that person in specific, but I know, if I do see that person, I will have issues. It is a small world, after all.
