Thanks for your point of view. It's very interesting and plausible.

Welcome ♥️

 Enigma05:

Your thing was too long for me to quote so I will just write this. I don’t know what the purpose of the Mirage at the end was, but maybe it was NH’s way to either confuse us or to really come forth. Because honest to God, I thought it was NH in both episode one just because of how weird he acted; playing with the nameplate like he had no idea how to use it. Go grab coffee and then not know how to use the coffee machine or whatever the heck he was playing with in the background he was just acting super weird. And in 40 I think maybe he needed the Mirage to pause the fake real world and step through it to her and then the fake real world would start going again? I mean, these are literally the only explanations I have.

Did you watch/Read Liu Yuning's farewell Video message for ADWAD? He lowkey confirmed that Nan Feng was a separate entity of the modern scripted world, ''The actor who likes to wear sunglasses "....he also added Nan Feng is indeed " arrogant".(as we see in ep 1 & Ep 40 make-up chair scene)

I did by that time. It was already like LSD trippy for me so it’s just strange how NH can replace NF and nobody bites an eyelash but I guess in this case anything is possible.

I did watch LYN’s farewell message but I thought he was just describing the different characters he had to play, rather than saying they were separate. I still believe you can interpret them as one entity or separate. But as the previous comment mentioned, anything is possible in this dream!

Okay now I want a drama with Song Xiaoyu and Nan Heng in modern era 😭

Honestly, when I finished the drama I had mixed feelings about the ending. On one side, it was something expected to a degree, because there are limited options within the transmigration genre. On another, I felt like the fake happy one was better. After reading your explanation, I think I can actually appreciate the true ending, it does fit well. Good thread, thanks for posting it.

What a brilliant interpretation of the ending!....Thanks for your explanation of the post credit scene, i was so dumbfounded & confused at the ending & All these theories over the internet were very superficial &  didn’t really clear everything up,..This is the only interpretation that makes complete sense to me...I really liked the hidden message this drama brings to us, It questions us,  ''are you sure you are not part of a bigger script that's already written?" & also ensures us, ''even if we are all just part of a script,we are the determiner of our own destinies,we can change our fate from what's already written/decided"
