ML and FL relationship predictions and theories

Here is my theory:

#Theory#1

Assuming Yeon Soon Ho as ML's Father.

FL revealed that the man holding ML in the old picture was her father.
Pi Madame suggested that the same man(Yeo Soon Ho) holding ML could be his biological father. ML’s mother was standing nearby, the same woman from ML’s childhood memories. ML remembered the final moments with his mom and dad, traveling in a car on a rainy night.
Also, the picture was taken by FL’s mother (Deok Hui), as she admitted herself. At that time, II Do was already in the picture, which suggests a possible affair with FL’s mom. Out of jealousy, II Do could have plotted to kill FL’s real father to remove him from his love interest (ML's Mom). At the same time, FL's mom could have also plotted to kill her first husband's (Yeo Soon Ho) mistress (ML's mom).

In the recent episode (Episode 10), there was an intimate scene between the older couple, lying in bed and discussing whether they could kill Dong Ju. Their thoughts aligned disturbingly well, which strongly suggests that FL’s mom may have been involved in the plan to kill FL’s father. As she might have assumed that ML was her ex-husband's son (Yeo Soon Ho), that might be why she harbored ill intentions, as he could become a potential competitor in the battle of inheritance.
What hasn't been shown is whether FL was already born when the picture was taken. I don’t remember the ages of ML and FL—do you guys know?

This is one Theory, assuming Yeon Soon Ho as ML's Father.

#II Do as the father of ML

Deok Hui and Yeon Soon Ho were once married. They had Eunnam (FL). The exact timeline is not known, but we assume that it was after ML was born.

Deok-hui didn't like her husband getting close to ML's mom.

II Do didn't like Eunnam's father getting close to ML's mom.

So, he might have caused an accident that was meant to kill her husband, but he also accidentally killed his love interest.

ML got lost in the car accident and grew up as Seo Dong Ju.

The post-accident resulted in the loss of their loved ones, both Il Do and Deok Hui, and they got closer and they got married. They give birth to Heo Tae Yun (FL's half-brother).

So, ML shares the same half-brother, even though they don't have any blood relation.

#ML's Father is someone who started or was connected to the Dandelion  Team

Dandelion team is a secret Service administered by the National Security Agency to curb corruption among influential individuals. 

Hypothesis 1: ML's father could have discovered some secret that angered the villain, so he was killed. 

Hypothesis 2: ML's father hid to escape from his perpetrators. 

The identity of ML's father has not been revealed to us, but he could be someone they have already introduced to us (Assuming they follow Knox guidelines). 

Could it be

Yoon Soon Ho?

Choi Gu Hyeon? 

Yeon Chi Seon? 

Nam sang cheol? 

Or.... 

Could it be Yeom Jang Seon?

Alternative Theory:

If we assume the directors used Foreshadowing, 

It could be either II Do or Yeon Jang Seon as the whole show revolves around them.

Which Theory do you think is the most plausible?

 Kamal:

FL's age was never revealed but I think it's less than ML because she was about to go abroad for studies while he was already working at a higher position in Daesan.

My opinion, FL is not the daughter of her father she knows. Her stepfather is her real father. Because you can see in the flashback, when photo was taken, FL's mom was distant towards her husband, and she have been already in an affair with the stepfather. Also, FL's mom might have already known that ML's father was her husband (you can see her being uncomfortable when her husband was holding ML). So, it might be the reason why she could get over him pretty quick and never remember him. Also, she could be involved in her husband accident.

I thought that too.. But there are too many possibilities. I have listed all the theories.. Which one do you think is the most plausible one?

After Episode 12:

We now know that Il Do is the father of ML, and the mother is Chu Gangyeon.

Prediction: The Behind-the-Scenes Story of Il Do and Chu Gangyeon's Relationship

Il Do had a relationship with ML's mother, Chu Gangyeon, but they broke up for unknown reasons. Despite the breakup, Chu Gangyeon still loved Il Do and chose to keep her pregnancy a secret. She moved away and raised the child alone.

Years later, about 6 to 7 years, Il Do unexpectedly runs into Chu Gangyeon again, this time with a child (ML). Confused, Il Do starts trying to figure out who the child's father is. Observing the close bond between Yeo Soon Ho and Chu Gangyeon, he suspects that ML might be their child. However, he knows that Yeo Soon Ho is married to Duk Hui, which raises more questions.

Il Do may have approached Duk Hui, who, with limited information, assumed that ML was her husband's illegitimate child. To confirm his suspicions, Il Do secretly collected DNA samples from ML and Yeo Soon Ho and sent them for a paternity test.

Perhaps Duk Hui came to this conclusion because, at some point, her husband suddenly brought home a woman and a five-year-old child (confirmed by Eunnam that she met a child who was killed in the car accident). When she questioned him, he could have said that Chu Gangyeon was just a friend going through financial hardship and that he was only helping her out temporarily. It's possible he let them stay at their home until they found a more stable place. Later on, he might have asked his friend Il Do to help arrange accommodation for them. The house where ML and his mother lived belonged to Il Do’s boss, Yeom Gan Seon.

The final car trip might have been because Chu Gangyeon had found a new place to live and was moving out. So, Duk Hui's husband drove them there.

Meanwhile, Yeom Gan Seon conspired to kill Yeo Soon Ho after discovering he had obtained secret Dandelion project files. To silence him and cover it up, Yeom Gan Seon replaced the original paternity test results with a fake one. This deception led Il Do to believe that Chu Gangyeon had betrayed him. In anger, and under Yeom Gan Seon's orders, he staged an accident to eliminate ML and his mother.

Yeah. It had to be Il Do or Sun Ho.

I did not consider that Sun Ho was just a kind person. Even until the last moment, they showed ML was Sun Ho's son. The book and drawing were a misdirection. Also, we see things mostly from Cha Deokhui's perspective, which was at the end struck down by the college friend. Only at the end, we see Yeom Jang Seon manipulation of Il Do. 

So, I feel this was the original intent (Il Do as ML's father) and was hidden until the end. Let's see how they wrap the drama in a satisfying way.

What I didn't understand was, why Yeom Jang Seon has to kill Yeon Soon Ho. Is it related to Dandelion files??
