NekoCap is an open source browser extension for creating and uploading community captions. (so far, it's only available for Chrome and Firefox)
Why use NakoCap you ask? Well because it's free. One31 uploads full episodes on YouTube and make it accessible to the public for FREE...but they didn't provide subtitles (at least not right away. They add subtitles later on). That's when NekoCap comes in. It let's you play external subtitle on your YouTube video. So, why not show them our support by viewing on the official platform rather than viewing on pirate sites.

it's pretty straight forward. So far, English and Spanish subtitles are available.
