Finding the name of a drama

I can’t find a drama that I have watched. I think I saw it on IQIYI or Youku but I’m not sure. All I can remember is that I think the male lead had two brothers or just friends (don’t remember) 

And in one episode one of the brother/friend cut his arm and it caused the main lead to faint.

 I think the male lead has some trauma or phobia 

If I remember correctly the drama has around 30 episodes but Im not sure

That sounds very familiar and I'm positive I've seen it. Hmmm. Was it Perfect Mismatch? I remember the ML had a phobia of blood in that, but can't recall details.
