Looking for a drama

I'm looking for a drama I watched sometime ago. I've tried using that I remember to find it through Google, but got nada.

I believe it's xianxia. FL has to live in a tower (don't remember why) and she's not supposed to have feelings, she's supposed to focus on learning/becoming something. (The reason she's in the tower, I believe.) ML helps with things in the tower? Unsure why he's there. She falls in love? They kiss? She jumps off the tower.

Turns out she's alive. FL and ML have to find the other city leaders. FL and leaders will use their lives/souls to rebuild the city. I don't remember how the city was destroyed.

I appreciate any help. I've been looking for months.

Nope. It's not that,  any of the Eternal Love dramas, Imortal Samsara, or Love and Redemption. Not Ancient Love Poetry... I think it's an older drama though
