hii i'm new here and i would like some help finding a bl with one maybe too specific trope: has anyone seen a bl with a villain-turned-love interest story but done with a rug pull moment? i want to start watching something and go "oh here we go it couldn't be more obvious these two will end up together" and then half a season later be like "wtf the villain is the endgame love interest?????"
now, i now that there's a lot of villainous love interests, especially in chinese bl. famously the novel "mistakenly saving the villain". but like... it's in the title. we know the villain is the endgame love interest. i want to be shocked.
so just to be clear: i would love to hear about a bl that builds up one romantic lead as strongly as possible, very much in your face, like no one could possibly think there's any other endgame, and then i want the mc to turn around and go "oh no actually i like that asshole over there"
also, novel/manhua recommendations are more than welcome. bl from other countries also welcome. i'm just posting this on the chinese drama board because my fave bls are taiwanese :)
