I'm looking for a Chinese movie, which I watched years ago in Hungary, with Hungarian dub, so I'm not sure if I'll find it here, but I want to try.
It was about a rich and a poor family, whose sons were changed in the hospital by a nurse, so they raised each other's child. When the rich family finds this out, they decides to change back the children (they were maybe around 8 years old). The movie shows us that the kid who was raised as rich is how happy with his new poor family, and how unhappy is the poor kid with his new rich family. At the end they change back the boys. The rich family's dad was obsessed to teach his son to playing piano.
Does anyone knows, which movie might it be? ^^" I forgot it's title, but want to find it again.

So I found this movie that is very much similar to what you have described, though it's not Chinese. It's a Japanese movie called Like Father, Like Son. I'm not sure if this is the correct movie, but I hope it is. ヾ(＾-＾)ノ
