Suggested:
Shows: "Programmi", TV Show: "Programma TV" (or just "Programma"), Drama: "Serie", Drama special: "Speciale" (or "Episodio speciale"), "Plan to watch": "Pianificato di guardare".
Reasons: lenght ("show televisivo" is longer than "programma") and usage ("spettacolo" is usually used for shows in cinemas and in theatres or as a synonymous of "performance"; "speciale"/"episodio speciale" is more generic and can be used for both dramas and TV shows).
