This world of Dafeng is not in the past...Its an an alternate world of sort!

The principle remains the same but the world system, history...everything is different.

I think its the Supervisor who sort of summoned him into this world! Even though its not mentioned specifically. But both the Supervisor and Lord Wei 'chose him' in this world to cultivate.

But I personally think Supervisor has been involved from the start! Can we tell if the man in the mystery game is the Supervisor!?

In the novel, I believe he died in the real world. But due to reincarnation theme restrictions in China, they cannot do that

i check the prologue, Xu Qi'an already become martial god, the strongest character in story and went journey with Mu Nanzhi, while Huai Qing becomes the empress, a few of women alread pregnant , and the world already become peace.
So i dont know if u mean there is still continuation after that?

The novel ended ages ago. Possibly he meant the translation is ongoing.
