Brain as food
In Mexico, there is this place in Veracruz, Catemaco, where they hunted and extinguished the monkeys in the 1970's. They ate everything from the monkey including the sesos (brain) and they developped an exquisite dish called carne de chango (monkey meat) that is still prepared with pig meat but without monkeys because there are not anymore. So Mexico would be included in this list if we were not that tragones (chowhound) and ate all the monkeys.
