It is an mdl glitch. It happens a lot but we  kind of just accept the one that shows up first at this point.

No one is ignoring it. When people post at the same time, that kind of problems arose and we sort of agreed on the post showing before as the first one. Due to differences in upload speeds, such problems rose all the time
