My humble opinion, it's not an original word......but over the period of time when it is used frequently.....we have to include it in the dictionary....Along with its origin and i am not sure whether it's been included in the dictionary or not yet, but have been witnessing its usage by many scholars since long.
its just that i couldnt find even a google answer in my region at least as to what it means
