Can't count them as it's about senses not skills. Even abilities better fit...

If I understand it right, I think ML is unable to write because his father was dead before acknowledging his talent in writing (he got a prestigious award). He then regain his writing talent after becoming the disciple of a dying erotica novelist who's also an ideal father figure in ML's eyes.

1. My Fated Boy - we don't seem them much in the beginning and they do have a problem with his career choice (no family is without problems), Mum still seems like the typical Chinese mother, Dad is still ruled by her, but without giving spoilers away, they are actually very nice compared to MOST/a LOT of other Chinese dramas.
