Tell you a bit (ah, somehow a lot):
ML and half workers wants to keep doing this break-up service while FL and half other workers wants to stop it and making a matchmaking service kind of thing. The owner found the company after he divorced his ex-wife with ML's help. But actually both exes still love each others. The ex-wife pretends to plan a wedding while actually ask for the team to help her mend their relationship. While the boss promise to give bonus to the team that could ruined the upcoming fake wedding.
So the boss is not actually unbearable, it's just to make this new matchmaking team, they need to make the boss change his attitude and mindset.
