1. Reset - don't know count or not. but the villain are suspect the last, then the investigation also come last & before that we they're not really in the pic you can say

I was more looking for something where you're just watching your screen in disbelief thinking, "I cannot believe this was the big villain reveal" because of how improbable or underwhelming it was.

If the topic stalls though, we can count Reset and other dramas where the final villain reveal was good.

I've edited the topic a bit, so we can give answers according to that.

It was surprising for me as well, but according to me, the reveal made sense. When I stated this topic, I was looking for ones that made no sense when compared to how the rest of the story went. 

If the topic stalls though, we can start listing dramas where we thought the villain reveal was good :)

Since there seems to be some confusion, I'll give an example of what I thought was a bad reveal.

2. The Eclipse - it's revealed that Akk and Thua were the people behind the "curse", which made no sense considering that Akk vehemently denied the existence of the curse, only for it to turn out that he used the pretense of the curse to scare people into following the rules.

I think you can count mine ( they made us believe the killer was Gi Oh Sung and then they invented a split personality character where I still don't know if he had a real twin brother or not)

I haven't watched Revenge of Others, but based on your description, I'll count it because it doesn't seem like there was a proper introduction or explanation of the actual villain 

I don't know what's number but:

Memorist - too many plot twists, when they revealed a big villain, I was like "did you have to complicate things this much?" I cannot say it was very disappointing but I kinda got tired

Zombie Detective - big villain was out of place and whole reveal felt extra and abrupt

Watashitachi wa Douka Shiteiru - all episodes except last were great and beautiful, then in last 40 minutes the drama turned into theatre of absurdity including wtf big reveal
