In my free time besides watching dramas, I enjoy creative activities like photography, sketching and painting. My other love is reading. Have book, will read. As a literature grad, for me a well written story will cover a multitude of sins.

My first asian drama was That Winter the Wind Blows and while it wasn’t anything special, the music stayed with me and encouraged me to try other dramas and now asian dramas are all I’ve watched in the last 2 years The Brothers Under Skin when I was ummmm 7 years old? Wow! I did not realize I watched a lot of weird shit as a child. My parents were watching Oshin a JDrama at the time so I watched a bit of that too. 

I am mainly into Korean and Chinese dramas, however I will watch/ try a drama that comes highly recommended and make up my own mind and I do not hesitate to drop dramas I am not enjoying (looking at you Xinxia). I have several top rated dramas in my dropped pile that people swear by.

However I rarely/ once in a blue moon give out higher than a 9 and those dramas are all my go to for comfort dramas. Only one drama has hit a 10. Ask me about them and we could be talking all night.

Please keep in mind that these are scores on what I like to watch and what appeals TO ME. 

I have a high stress job which is why I focus on slice of life, romance, comedy, bromance, friendship labels, though I am known to watch other genres too, usually when I am away from work.
