What is we see them but only through photo, video, etc.?

I know two examples like that:

1. Eve - ML has two daughters (we see them both on family portrait) but we see only one of them in person (another one studies abroad) 

2. My Mister - ML has a son but we only see him via video call

6. When I Fly Towards You- FL only mentions that their child was sent to the grandparents while her and ML go to school reunion 

7. Chef Hua- audience only hears the baby’s cry at the conclusion of the show
