10 dramas where a lead pretends they have a severe handicap or injury (not just faking sick) for at least 1 episode. Most people can't know that they are faking. It could have been a real injury they got over and are pretending they still have.

2. If You Wish Upon Me-one of the leads fakes a leg injury to get the ML to stay close to him and drive him around

3. Crazy Love- Does this count? ML had an accident. He exaggerated the memory loss and prolonged his amnesia .

This one doesn't count as it is a support character: Love Scenery - he fakes a lot of illnesses and injuries to avoid playing a computer game with his girlfriend. Quite comical and a bit sad.

4. Romance of the Little Forest - ML got shot & injured in his arm, so his arm must be on cast (or what that named i don't know, just attach the pic to be more clear). But turn out his arm is ok & he just pretend so FL can pity him. Oh no one know except the doctor I think...

5. Strong Woman Do Bong Soon - he does get hospitalized but he fakes the severity of the pain to keep her with him.

6. I Hear Your Voice - if #3 counts, ML in this one does the same.

7. HIStory: Obssessed - fakes amnesia.

Now it's going to bother me because I can think of one where ML pretends he has a broken arm, and I can't remember if he did injure it and it was not that severe or if it was not hurt at all, but he just wanted the other lead to take care of him. But I can't remember what drama it is. :'(
