10 dramas/movies that were an emotional rollercoaster. Use spoilers as necessary.

1. Love like the galaxy - abandoned from childhood, a little bit happy time & fiance do massacre on the wedding day

2.  Missing: The Other Side 1 & 2  - its sad to think that there are so many missing people in real life. This drama just shows how painful it is for the dead and living. All stories were heartbreaking, but the children's stories were really painful to watch.

3. The Eighth Sense At the end of one episode, we're left hanging, thinking the worst, that one of the MLs had died. And even throughout the following episode, the way everyone is talking, we're still unsure of his status. Thankfully, it's a HEA ending, but wow, what a rollercoaster.

4. Tomorrow - There were a few stories that were really sad or tugged at heartstrings. Particulary the episode with the comfort women and the dog

5.Hi Bye, Mama!-Starting of with a dead main character coming back for a time period as she tries to help those she left behind.

6.The King of Pigs-The story of three boys and how bullying changed the course of their lives.

7. Bed Friend - laughter, anger and tears.

I just watched this yesterday and bawled my eyes out - but still highly recommend:

8. Till We Meet Again (movie)  the ML dies in the first 5 min of the movie and goes into the underworld and chooses a “job” to become a god of love (in Chinese mythology, “Yue Lao” determines people’s marriages by tying a red string between two people). He lost his memories of his mortal existence until he sees his pet dog and then his fiancée again in the mortal world (this killed me). Then a little later he finds out that she can actually see him and despite as many red strings as other “gods of love” try to tie for her, she breaks them (because the love the two of them shared transcended the need for the red string). However, there’s an “evil spirit” that infects her and she is about to die. In order to save her, he sacrifices himself by pulling a red string from his heart and asking his partner to help tie her to somebody else (I couldn’t stop crying for 10 minutes after this).

Fun Fact: apparently the FL’s college boyfriend (only in one scene, and I honestly didn’t recognize him at first) is her ML from “Lost Romance”

9. Lost You Forever this is the literal definition of reverse harem - FL with 4 MLs

Emotional rollercoaster because before I read the spoilers of who she romantically ends up, it comes to my realization that she is allowed/afforded more than 1 soulmate - the one I wish she ends up with is likely not going to be it (given the novel spoilers) and it was just so sad because it seems like he never actually tells her how much he loves her - he just “does it” through his own means. The other one has loved her since the beginning but in order to protect her, he needs to have political marriages. The one she expresses her love to is similar that there‘s certain things he needs to protect like his clan, and he is duped into his first marriage. The last one is not really romantic at all, but more like a best friend (although he falls for her).

10. Someday or One Day this also absolutely killed me

The kicker of the fact that the Wang Quan Sheng she thought she was in love with the whole time actually turned out to be Li Zi Wei using his identity was crazy. I also lost it when they are in bed and he explains the meaning behind their rings - that was beautiful. And the next morning when she is so nervous that it was all a dream but then finds him making breakfast…wow, what a ride. The movie was also emotional but to be honest, it didn’t quite live up as much as the drama did (although the happy ending in the movie was a lot more definitive than the drama)
