2. Chains of Heart - this one's interesting. The lead is named Ken, and his ex boyfriend is Din. Din's brother is Hin. Hin is friends with someone named Fin/Kan, and there's a police officer called Don. Not confusing at all.

4. Another Miss Oh - (Oh Hae Young) it's actually in the synopsis of the story. The 2 main lead females  are mistaken for each other, same name, both went to the same high school and had similar grades, same occupation and same company
