It has been a long time since I watched this but given that I see Pang Han Chen (the guy who moves to the last seat) in this scene, assuming that they are in Chongqing at this time, which means that FL is already pregnant at this point with ML’s baby, but they had a contract marriage and she misunderstood something so she escaped to here. I don’t remember if ML knows yet at this point if she is pregnant or not.
