Can anyone tell me how to get your account verified in mdl?

i have been trying to verify in account in mdl for some time.

i got my email and phone number verified but still i don't see a verified tick near my account. Is that my account is verified and i can't see the tick or i should do something else??

Where/ how did you start verification? 

Just change my e-mail address on an already registered account. Nothing happens.
