It goes down quite alot,i use solar movies alot it has quite a good variety of asian dramas.

I like kissasian only because it has lesser ads than others.. And i need vpn for viki and dramafever.. 

Kissasian has way too many ads for me & I don't wanna disable adblock since they're all inappropriate so now I just use dramacools.io

Are the kiss Asian serves down again or is it just me

Kissasian doesn't sub shows, they take Viki, DF, Kocowa, Netflix, and some groups' fansubs subs.

Don't know how to become a subber on DF, but you can easily become a subber on Viki. However, it is mostly volunteering, not a paid job (I will include the only 2 translation paid jobs below, maybe you can apply for the job.). But the subbers and segmenters get free stuff each year. This year, they were given $30 to shop on YesStye.
