For SMAPxSMAP episodes most (if not all) are available at SmapXMedia.livejournal.com but you need to join the comm. Some are subbed as well.

You can download an android application from APKpure. And if you want to download windows application. You can also check on Saving Rite. Recently, I read an article and found some great ideas for Kitchen Interior Design. It was really a beautiful design.

edit 2 years later: the episodes are RAW (without subtitles) if you convert the mkv files to mp4 files, but if you watch them as mkv files on an app like vlc or whichever app that can play them, then they have subtitles :)
