Strong Woman Bong Soon. Wasn't my first ever drama, but was one of the first and is the drama that made me fall in love. I still consider it my favorite drama of all time!

My favorite love scene is in that drama. I won't spoil it but I'll just say it's when she is on the roof and he is behind the door. I've watched that scene endless times.

Koukou Kyoushi 2003 version in 2003. Still one of my Top favourites.

My first drama was-'What's wrong with secretary kim?'

I actually read whole manhua and found that this was adapted into kdrama...I had already a lot about kdramas but never bothered to try...but that manhua changed the whole game of mine...

my first K-drama was My secret Romance ❤️

IRIS in 2009 or 2010

I discovered kpop through Big Bang in 2008 so I think I only tried watching because TOP was in it lol Luckily it was a really good and solid drama so I was hooked from then on.

I think my very first Chinese drama was Journey to the West (1986 version). First Hong Kong drama was The Challenge of Life (1990). For Jdrama, it was Oshin (1983), lol. And my first Kdrama was probably Feelings (1994). I feel so ancient...

Though I'd say I got hooked on Jdrama because of Long Vacation, as for Kdrama, because of Medical Brothers.

It was the movie "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon". After that, all Jet Li films, and any other Asian martial arts movie I could find, for at least a dozen years. Then, in 2016, Netflix's algorithm decided to suggest a Kdrama, "Noble, My Love" (because apparently, Asian action films and Korean rom-coms--exact same thing.)  Since then, hundreds of Kdramas, Cdramas, lakorns, and the occasional Jdrama . . . .

Flower of Evil - Definitely the reason I watch Asian  dramas today.

For me it was Love O2O. My sister recommended it and I fell in love.
