Speaking for myself, "upset" is too strong. Yes, I would've liked to see more of the side couples, but better to be left wanting more than to be bored. This would be a great opportunity for some spin-off special episodes, but I think Aoftion's aim here is probably to leave fans hungry for Net/JJ in anticipation of "Love Upon A Time" (which I assume will follow on Saturdays directly after "Khemjira") and for Jimmy/Ohmkrit in anticipation of "Magic Lover". That's probably a smart strategy.

This issue notwithstanding, I loved "Next Prince" - but then again, Domundi has done such a good job at getting me invested in their CPs that I can't be entirely objective.

That makes sense. But would that be a completely new story or is it a spin-off?

What does CP stand for? Having trouble working it out with another word pair popping in my head. I was similarly struggling with everyone using NC scenes and all I could think of was nonconsensual at the time and I knew that couldn't be right. 😅😅

im a left handed person (my dominant hand) ,so sometimes i put things in different directions instead of how others do , my handwriting is a bit messy with ink sometimes sticking to my hand, and I bump my elbow with others sometimes at the dinner table

2. Favourite actor of 2025

Since I have seen so few shows, this required a lot of thinking and I decided to pick Tian Xu Ning of Revenged Love. I haven't other works of other actors to compare. Tian Xu Ning played a very similar role in The Silent Wife - domineering, red flag. His character in Revenged Love certainly shows more sides to him. Also, I compared his comfort level from the script reading where he seemed awkward expressing the dialogues versus when he finally did start shooting. I suppose productions also do a lot of workshops in order for actors to get comfortable with each other (or so I have heard) but whatever it was, seemed to have helped shoot him to instant fame. Other than that, I can't say he is my favourite character. My favourite might change after I see more bls this year.

6. Underrated BL of 2025

Cosidering I haven't watched too much, I enjoyed a short kdrama called The Killer Next Door. It was an interesting plot. Not very elaborate but a fun one nonetheless. 

It's about a part-timer who faints at the sight of blood and a former baseball star who end up cohabitating. Meanwhile someone is also killing various criminals in the area.

7. Favourite first kiss scene

The Time Of Fever

HoTae and DongHui, who are childhood friends, end up hiding from HoTae's angry ex-girlfriends in the nurse's room. Just when DongHui is about to leave HoTae stops him and asks him if he has ever kissed anyone before and asks him to teach him how to kiss. He reasons that he doesn't want his lover to know he has never kissed before. DongHui finds it absurd and HoTae insists saying DongHui promised him he could ask him anything. DongHui then demands HoTae to first call him Hyung (older brother) and after a bit of pause, HoTae again says hyung please teach me to kiss. DongHui then gently holds HoTae's chin and leans in to kiss him. 

The second kiss was also something else.

Both are reading comics while lying on the floor of HoTae's room. HoTae feeds DongHui an orange slice and is suddenly overcome with desire. He climbs on top of DongHui pleading to kiss him one more time. DongHui is silent but drops his comic. HoTae gently gives him a peck then stops and both look at each pther before HoTae continuing to kiss DongHui more passionately.

9. Most annoying character

Secret Relationships- Kim Su Heyon. He was in love with DaOn but thought he would confess to Sin JaeMin so for years he decided to date JaeMin instead. And then when he realised DaOn had liked him but now he moved on and is falling for someone else, he sexually assaulted him. Just didn't rape him. Messed up character and also ridiculously dumb.

I don't have any from BLs yet unfortunately. Though there might be one Korean actor who did a BL movie in the past. I came across it by chance but haven't seen the movie.

I don't have many from BLs, but I like the intro of ABO Desire, Secret Lovers, songs from The Promise Of The Soul, OST of the mini YouTube drama Bad Guy. I wouldn't classify all of them my favourites though. But these certainly stood out to me.

24. Heaviest BL ever

Since I tend to avoid sad stories, so far there is none but I'm in the process of watching Stay With Me and I know it drops off at a sad point.

28. Hottest NC scene of 2025

I was going to post the youtube link to scenes from The Next Prince but turns out youtube killed the video and possibly the account. 😂 I was just happy that the scenes showed them being slow and gentle and asking for consent. A far cry from so many dramas I saw recently. Even made a thread on the toxic tropes.

29. Favourite BL theme or genre

Probably anything to do with time travel or time loop or such. It is just my favourite trope regardless. But maybe also friends to lovers. Again, I like this in general so that may be why. 

30. Something random about yourself

I take my time in getting to know someone but I prefer fast-paced romances in dramas. 😆

Day 30: Something random about myself. 

I'm an eclipse chaser. I saw my first solar eclipse in 1999 on the Black Sea, and it was  surreal. I had my two kids soon after, and they were very involved in  our next an annular eclipse north of home in 2012. My husband and the kids launched a weather balloon, with friends' help, to take stills and video of the eclipse. They made this music video; my older kid is singing.

Later in 2012, we saw a solar eclipse in Cairns, Australia. We gathered a group of 80 friends to see one in Madras (near Bend), Oregon in 2017. Our last eclipse in 2024 was a bust with clouds but it still got very dark; my older kid saw it near his college campus. The next one is with my immediate family. All 8 of my siblings will be there, so I'm excited for Spain 2026.
