I think it is basically an open secret. I cannot recall ever hearing an outright admission. Perhaps they have admitted to it in not so many words. I honestly have no idea lol 😂

You're quite right about this in principle, but in the case of Zee and Nunew  they've said it themselves, so there's no need to feel guilty. While there are some who are doubtful and say, "Oh, that's just fan service, too", I take them at their word.

It was good but I felt that last episode  was a bit confusing to me when they are in pajamas and talking in the scene ,like maybe I was confused or I felt that the episode was rushed

And I thought that at least in the last episode they would kiss. But nothing happened.
