I think it’s a non-issue. They’re acting.
Yes, you're so right with your rants. They're acting - and sheez, this isn't a porno! It's yet another example of the GMMTV haters and fandom crazies piling on over nothing. Or maybe self-righteous moral crusaders looking for something to make themselves feel empowered.
The hate that "Addicted Heroin" got over the age of the actors was even worse - and likewise totally irrelevant to me, as the series and actors were really good, which is all I care about so long as there's nothing illegal (which there wasn't). Again: "Not a porno."

Indie Art Girl:
does that even make sense to legally have sexual freedom at 15 but not be a legal adult until 20?
"Age of legal majority" (e.g. at which one is no longer subject to any legal oversight by a parent or guardian) has little to do with "age of consent". Actually, almost every country has different legal ages for different purposes - e.g. in the U.S. 17 to join the military, 18 to vote, 18 for legal majority in most states ... but you have to be 21 to drink a beer. And the age of consent in the U.S. varies by state (16, 17 or 18) - but in some cases with marital exemptions. Confused yet?
Even legal age for sexual purposes can be tiered, e.g. here in Germany the legal age of consent is 14, 16 or 18 depending upon the situation (see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Age_of_consent_in_Europe if you really want to know the details). There's a logic to it.
Germany likewise has a tiered age for alcohol: 16 for beer or wine, 14 for beer or wine if accompanied by parent or guardian, 18+ for spirits. I'm not saying I approve of teen drinking (or drinking in general), but there's a certain logic to this tiered approach.
