Hmm, I was the same but for a diff reason. I wasn't sure the two of them could convey the romance and intimacies of a relationship together, but they're delivering and they aren't even official yet!
I also appreciate how the other couples have their own scenes sprinkled throughout which really intertwines the stories but still keeps the focus on the main couple of this section of the story.
