Good advice. Someone in this group (RXinw?) recently wrote something related in this group about focusing on the CPs as characters rather than actors, which is likewise what I try to do, at least rationally,

That being said, I viscerally can't help but want certain well-known Thai CPs to be real, but then I tell myself: "Unless they've explicitly outed themselves, stop! Firstly, they're professional actors, and all that flirting and ambiguity is part of the cult of fan service, and secondly, they're people with a right to privacy." This is also a reason why I studiously avoid fanfic about the actors themselves, i.e. to me, this crosses the line between right and wrong. It's about the Golden Rule: If I were an actor or celebrity, this isn't how I would like to be treated. 

P.S. I don't know anything about Xiao Zhan and Wang YiBo, so I'm just commenting in general, not about them.

No, I did not forget. I fell asleep due to exhaustion. After I woke up I had to finish my speech for an event, then get some food. Anyway, I finally got time to watch and wow what an episode.

My Stubborn - episode 2

*begins channelling my inner Mr. P to filter my words*

Firstly, this series is moving at a steam train's pace, and I do not mind as I prefer fast paced series. However I do fear that it might out pace the plot and result in the addition of unnecessary drama to fill the remaining episodes. Hopefully this does not occur. 

Secondly, the second couple (Thai and Champ) moves a bit too quickly. I would have preferred two or three more episodes to build tension and add depth to their relationship before they kiss. However they kissed this episode, but it was still cute. I hope the writers explore more of their relationship.

Thirdly, Sorn and Jun are basically already a couple; they are in an established relationship without the boyfriend title. They are sexually involved, exclusive (at least Jun is), they both get jealous when one attracts attention of others, kiss all the time, Sorn buys Jun expensive clothes, Sorn drives Jun to work, etc. 

Fourthly, it is conspicuous that both Sorn and Jun are in love with each other and have been for years. Sorn is in denial and Jun's denial is a reaction to Sorn's denial. It is obvious from Jun's smiles and behaviour (willingness to kiss Sorn whenever, jealousy) that all Sorn needs to do is give the green light and he will cling to him like koala to a tree. His messages asking his friend about getting butterflies just substantiates the obvious. Sorn's adamant demand that Jun not get involved with anyone else is clearly jealousy, no matter how much he uses the guise of teaching Jun how to properly kiss. He is not training him for anyone else but himself. I am honestly not sure who fell first, but they both fell hard.

Fifthly, I like Jun's character even more after the store scene. One thing that irritates me series and dramas is when the rich boyfriend offers to spend money and the female/male lead refuses because of pride while being broke as hell! Not my Jun, he did not need to be told twice before letting Sorn buy him that expensive shirt. The way he smiled at the bag back in his apartment tells me one of his love languages is receiving gifts lol and of course physically touch - I am getting there lol 

I look forward to see the rest of this plot unfold; eagerly awaiting episode 3.

Now, let us talk about that NC scene 🥵 

One thing I like about this series is that they do not wait to give us the steamy scenes; always at the front of the episodes lol

Sorn's hand placement on Jun's ass was doing things to me. Lawd! I had to keep my hands away from my lap. The way he is kneeding them cheeks had me biting my lips to stop sounds from spilling out......let me reel it in lol

The tongue action or as I like to call it the "tongue-fu" was very arousing. Personally, I would like to enroll in Sorn's sex classes. Like sir when is the admission period and I want extra lessons after class - some one on one lessons.

The making out with Jun sitting on top of Sorn's crotch was very arousing, I swear if Jun started swaying his hips I would not be able to come here so early to comment lol. I need to see Jun get on that "bicycle" and ride because right now Rain has first place in the riders' competition with Babe in second place and Sky in third place lol iykyk. Cue the song:

"Aye, gyal, bend yuh back (bend yuh back, gyal)
Bubble pon dat (bubble up, gyal)

And ride 'til di bicycle, bruk off, bruk off (ride)
Ride 'til di bicycle, bruk off, bruk off (ride)"

Then to *finish* it off, them making out while jerking each other off had my eyes glued to the screen watching every hand and muscle movement, Lawd Jesus hold on.......I need a moment, a wave of imagery just hit me *fans self* is it getting hot in here? Today was carnival in Jamaica, so there were road marches with music, rum, and of course provocative dancing lol No, I did not attend because I hate crowds, but the music hits good every year:

I pay zero attention to the directors and writers lol. I just watch a series as it is presented, I avoid behind the scenes, interviews, promotional events, actors' private lives, etc. If it is an actor that I like the most I will go is an IG follow for pictures. Anything that will break the reality created in the series, I avoid it. That way the series is preserved in my mind, and I see characters not actors. As it relates to major news about actors, that I cannot avoid as I am constantly interacting in BL spaces, but I do not normally dig deeper than headlines.

However, you do have a great point in looking at series based on who made them. It could save you from watching series that you will not like. I might just try it.
