You are all making me want to move Stay with Me up my priority list of ptw. Our Youth was so amazing if SWM is just as good i need to watch it.
i am having an emotional week though and need to stick with lighter fare for a few more days, but I will take your recommendations in consideration.
On my BL list, here's how I described Stay with Me: "This is an incredible BL, full of details and "clues" about the MLs' growing closeness, from the posters and artwork on the walls and the color schemes of clothing, lighting, etc. You can search for the Reddit on-air discussions for additional details, which was esp. useful for me on culture/language insights. SWM was adapted from book 1 of the novel "Are You Addicted?" by Chai Ji Dan, who was the screenwriter for this drama. I'm disappointed that Season 2 was cancelled."
Additional Note: The leads had incredible chemistry, and the actors have remained close friends. Season 1 had an emotional ending, but the first 23 episodes were a mix of comedy and drama. My watching experience was truly enriched by the on-air discussions, mainly on Reddit. Before then, I was mainly a binge-watcher, but I found that certain shows' viewing pleasure were enhanced when shared with others. This was especially useful when the language and culture are very different from mine, or are too subtle for me. It's nice to be able to ask someone for clarification.

Yes to all you say, and more. Other than the cliffhanger ending and disappointment that S2 will never happen, and the inherent limitations to get past the censors, it's a masterpiece.
Although there are plenty of light and funny moments to balance out the emotional intensity, this is mostly a serious series, with plenty of family drama, jealousy and manipulation, sadness and tragedy, as well as sociosocietal themes, especially the gap (or not) between rich and poor and the contrast between the happiness of the poor but love-filled household vs. the emotional and moral emptiness of the rich one.
In fact, one of the things that especially captured my heart (aside, of course, from the dazzling protagonists and their electrifying chemistry) was the development of the constructive family: Su Yu and Wu Bi plus Su Yi's dad, Mrs. Zhao and the adorable Duoduo - such delightful characters!

A nice way of saying I'm picky, lol. You're not wrong! I might go back and try Color Rush again. I wasn't in the mood to figure out what was going on, if I remember it right.

Sweetheart Service - Love it, especially the nude guy...for his smile. Honest 👍
Never Fair - It's a short Sukfilm on YT. It's okay.
Mission to the Moon - Aborted before EP 2 even finished. 👎
I also liked Sweetheart Service. I watched all three episodes of Mission to the Moon but it was pretty bad.
