One thing I have grown into from watching Eye Contact is being very selective of what I allow myself to rant about. Some things are just not worth the rant and this series is exhibit B. I am really contemplating making this series the first one I have ever dropped, but then I remember Kenta and Kim. I really want to see them through to the end. Sigh!

So is anyone watching the new Thai reality gay dating series "Boys Vibe The Project" that's on YouTube?

There's only 2 episodes out so far, but I'm only partway through ep 1. And, they did the annoying 4-part episode splitting ...ugh. There is product advertisement woven into the show just like in the Thai dramas we watch but on steroids lol. It's like this entire show was created just to be a reason to advertise so much stuff constantly lol. The very first guy named Shark looks like he could be related to Santa's Perth.

Yup, I've watched the first two episodes and rather like it so far, even though I'm not normally so keen on reality TV. There seems to be some deliberate blurring as to whether this is about real dating or BL acting aspirations - but that's fine with me, so long as it's good and moves along fairly quickly.

Yeah I'm not a reality tv watcher at all, but I was curious to see what's going on with this. That was my immediate first thought also that these all are aspiring BL actors. Or, if I'm being cynical, they are all one's that didn't make the cut in their attempts to become BL actors and accepted this to still add to their portfolios. I'm probably not going to keep watching it though.
