This series is not only way too good but also way too popular, so I have a bad feeling that's going to get shut down.

Oh, the anxiety this series is giving me 😧 When I first heard about it, I was excited, because I really liked the original one, it was funny.  I asked for only two things: one, for this series to present the whole story in just one season (because we're not getting season 2, that's for sure), and two, for this series to not get too popular. Judging by the number of times I've seen this series mentioned somewhere on the Internet, it's already too late. It's popular. That makes me really worried, because I'm not ready to relive my Addicted trauma 😭 I can't imagine another decade of Chinese BL drought, and another innocent actors banned from acting together ever again. I'm waiting to see how this whole situation plays itself out.

WEEKEND BLs

Knock Out eps 7-11
I've tricked myself. After watching that pilot half a year ago I imagined this series to be one thing, and it turned out to be something else. I'm not complaining, I just wasn't prepared.
Quite a lot of plot twists this last few episodes. Allies turn out to be foes, people you'd least expect give a helping hand and some interesting secrets come to light.
My favourite scene so far in this series happened in ep11, when Keen suddenly became a man and threw that gangster on the table. And that hook? That was beautiful, I rewatched it countless times 🤩

My Sweetheart Jom eps 8-9
It's a slow burn for sure. It's been clear for some time that Yo has a crush on Jom, but now he himself got his mind around this idea. It feels one-sided though, because Jom still sees him more as a person he needs to take care of rather than a potential love interest.
I swear, the most interesting part, for me, is the high schoolers subplot. I enjoy watching them fall in love for the first time and the awkwardness of it all. I wouldn't mind if we could see more of that.
I don't know if they're planning for GL couple to happen, or if they're just teasing, but I personally hope it's not happening. I can't stand Earn, she's so annoying 😠  The less I see her on my screen, the better.

Pit Babe 2 ep 11
You already know, my main reason to watch this season is KentaKim and there are not enough of them in the latest episodes to satisfy my needs, so I'm just trying to wait it out. I have a feeling they're going to leave that KentaKim kiss for the last episode and I'm not happy about it. If they don't give them an NC scene this season, I'm going to riot 😛
I love Kim, he's smart and he cares about Kenta. Joining hands with that treacherous Alan may not seem like the best idea, but what else was he supposed to do? Pete clearly doesn't give a tinker's cuss about Kenta or his well-being (he had no contact with him for days and he was like 'he's probably fine', while he could've been already dead, Kenta deserves better).
Other things are happening as well, but I don't care enough to waste my time writing about them 🤷‍♀️

AGREED. i literally cannot focus whenever kenta is on my screen lmfao (⊙ _ ⊙ )

Just watched the newly posted micro-series "Hearts In Play" from GMMTV (6 vertical micro-episodes). It's lightweight fluff with product placement, but fans of Chokun, Aston, Luke and Mick (from "Boys In Love") will definitely enjoy it. It's cute!

I saw somewhere that "We Are" would take the slot, but I don't know if that's reliable.

I'm really looking forward to this one. Great cast - including my beloved darling Lego LYKN. But I have a feeling that it'll be more like September (maybe in the prime Sunday slot, after "Memoir of Rati" finishes?)

All of this makes sense! (Mu Te Luv looks fun and I like that we'll get multiple shorter stories!)

Also, some shows really do fit different seasons-- I'm really hoping they hold onto Re-Vamp until Fall as well (even thought we've been waiting forever for it).

They usually announce a new show about a week before the other one ends, so we'll know soon.

BUT I'm guessing a re-run.

[The only other show that's done filming is a non BL... Gemini/Prim's The Dark Dice... but idk if they would air it at the same time as Enigma. 

That Summer, Re-Vamp, and Mu-Te-Luv are currently filming and sometimes they'll start airing a show before it's done filming, but I don't know if this will be the case.  (If I had to pick one, I think they might go with Mu-Te-Luv because it's a collection of stories and some are probably already complete.)]
