I find that people who leave comments are usually 3 types of people. People who LOVED it, People who HATE it or people who leave reviews for everything so its really long and analytical. I tend to not fall into any of those categories so its not helpful to me. I will make up my own opinions on a show. Occasionally I will check if i feel conflicted about a show but now a days I would just ask in the chat rather than read the comments.

I think I will start to do it  just like you

me too !! it was so cute and the ending made me so happy . the comments just dont know how to enjoy fun somewhat unserious shows. they were really sweet :)

yes it was so cute watching the boy trying to win akira`s heart and his confusion also !!

 amethyst_aquarius:

Wait which one is this?

Mr. Cinderella - Vietnamese BL

 seojoons shoe shiner:

oh ? a viet bl ? ive never watched one but am planning on watching sea him at some point is mr cinderella good ?

Sea Him was so good. I have only seen a handful of Viet BLs and this was the most unique because it was set in a fishing town. I love a good seaside BL!

Mr. Cinderella is good, but a little jumbled due to editing. If you can ignore some obvious timeline weirdness Viet BLs will be enjoyable. The few that I have watched all jump around a bit, but not enough to ruin the viewing experience, imo.

I have a few others I can recommend if you like these. You know where to find me ;)

 loubug1012:

Never have i ever......dried my crushes hair

Have not but brushed my crush hair

 amethyst_aquarius:

Never. (Mr Heart?)

Yuup!!

 amethyst_aquarius:

Well... okay, just remember you asked for it.

Never have I ever fucked a peach that my boyfriend ate later.

Which bl?

 Raining Sunshine:

Call me by your name is really a masterpiece.
but thank god that Oliver didn't eat the "peach".

Well, things were different in the book (btw - whoever liked "call me by your name" should read the book, I liked the book way more than the movie).

 Kdramawoolover:

Which bl?

call me by your name. its a western movie and not necessarily 'bl'

I'd like to hear some recommendations : ) Mr. Cinderella was nice and I've seen few more, but some of the Viet BLs are really bad, like "Tien Bromance" (this one is a sure something XD)

THanks :)

Adds Tien Bromance to watchlist... The following list are titles I watched recently and they are not perfect, but they each have their charms.

  • Sea Him the Series
  • Want to See You
  • You Are Ma Boy
  • Nation's Brother

Then there are these 2 that are a bit, um, less charming...

  • My Lascivious Boss - content warning: violence/sexual predator
  • The Most Peaceful Place

I haven't found a good source to search for other titles so recommendations are welcome.

Thank you : ) I saw "You are ma boy". I love Cody (who's btw really in a Vpop band called UNI5).

I heard of the rest, but yet to watch them. Nice to hear they aren't too bad. Tien Bromance isn't a good series, it's a "wtf is it?" kind of a series.

If you want to watch a good Viet BL movie I recommend "Goodbye Mother". I just saw it and it's good and also, more of a bromance or at least not "real romance"- Song Lang,  one of the mains there is also a Vpop singer (Isaac) [though I have no idea where to find this film with Eng subs to watch online].
