in this case ("Dogbro"), I'm not optimistic because it's bad across the board (not only story/writing but also production, editing, acting by novices, subtitles). But it's only six episodes, and I'll watch it to the end because there are cuties and doggies, neither of which I can resist.

Whoo-hoo, iQiyi has just now added English subtitles to yesterday's ep. 3 of "Dogbro", which I am now eagerly watching. (AI-generated subtitles, so they're a trainwreck, just like the series.)

So if this series is such an abysmal trainwreck, why am I eagerly watching? I believe I already answered this two weeks ago (above). In other words: my famously low standards where cuties and fluffiness are involved. The series is terrible, yet I'm embarrassed to admit I'm lovin' it.

The doggies are an added bonus. When I was a little kid (back in the 19th century), we had a samoyed, just like in the series (below). What a great dog that was.

I see that Gaga has just posted "Childhood", which I watched on Youtube back in Dec. 2023.

I gave it 10 stars back then. Here are my notes: "Beautifully done 18-minute ultra-low-budget school BL (one-sided and unrequited love) with zero spoken dialogue but lots of unspoken feelings and lots of authenticity.  See also "Farewell" (2021) - same actors, similar triangle with girl, but with dialogue."

Okay I advanced to ep 12 on Revenged Love. I haven't seen ep 12 yet. Someone in the main feeds said I should pace myself with this one so I can enjoy it more and they are right. It's so good though?? Amazing, showstopping, spectacular.

The thing is, I didn't have any expectations about it when I watched the first episode. I didn't know what I was getting myself into. Because I never really read synopsis or watch trailers and the like. It's definitely a pleasant surprise. T_T (still listening to the soundtrack)

Day 5: Favorite New Breakout BL Actor

this is similar to favorite actor of 2025, but since I already chose Boom for that I will choose Peterpan. ❤️ I think he has really proved himself acting opposite Pond Ponlawit, who is so talented. i am so happy to see some real talent in the Thai BL world, not just cuties.

but if we are to mention cuties, Aston and those dimples are top notch.

i know a lot of people will mention stars from the two great Chinese BLs currently airing but I wanted to spread the love.

Well for day 5 I believe I'll choose LYKN because my oh my I love a good group but not just that a group with mutli talented people. they can act ,sing, beatbox(well tui), and do school at the same time like my goodness
