BL Challenge Day 19: Favourite university-themed BL

Not much of a surprise, especially since I pre-answered this challenge yesterday.
(This is the scene where Dean and Pharm finally announce that they're dating. Big smile.)

Doctor's Mine - episode 6

There are only two reasons why I am not dropping this series right now; I have a no drop policy and I am too invested in the second couple (Per and Kan).

The writing concerning the entire rape conflict resulted in the events taking place to be what I deem as inappropriate, insensitive, and disrespectful. For such a serious crime such as rape it should be handle with writing that appreciates the burdens, context, and acts of rape. I find what took place here to be flagrantly lacking in intelligent and conscious writing.

While I may not not drop a series, I have other methods at my disposal. There is this magical thing called fast forwarding. I will be fast forwarding every scene that focuses on the main couple's (Knight and Mild) story-line. 

I am solely focusing on Per and Kan's story-line as well as the third couple's, as if it were a BL cut video from a straight series. I am now watching this series in a one sided fashion, and I am fine with that.

Anyway, this is my position, but how about everyone else who is watching this series; how are you feeling? I would love to hear some different perspectives.

My Magic Prophecy - episode 5

One thing I love about my special 10 scenes is how spontaneous they are. I never know when they are coming, but I am always pleasantly surprised when they come and shift my heart into the emotions of the scenes.

I am emotionally sated at this moment as I declare My Magic Prophecy a 10/10 at just episode 5.

The final two scenes brought home the 10 for me.

In crying and asking Thap not to like him because he fears losing another love, really struck me and arrested my attention. The way Thap brought out the cards and begged In to choose a card goes far beyond the exact words of the dialogue. He is asking him to take a leap with him. They say you must jump sometimes because instead of falling you may just fly. 

After suffering losses as In did it can be hard to trust in having loved ones in your life again. However, the final scene had Thap breaking down his walls brick by brick while building a new trust in having a loved one in his life again. That kiss on the eye Thap gave In while In's other eye had tears spilling, to me, symbolises Thap asking In to see a future with him where love is not feared, but embraced. Thap asked In to take a leap of faith on a love and when In kissed him back, In leaped because he is trusting that he will fly.

Why is it so hard to choose? My choices are The Eighth Sense, We Are  and Love Mechanics: Director's Cut. Each of these provide something very different, so me favorite for any day will depend on my mood. Fluffy? Angsty? First love?

Semantic Error—this was the first BL I ever watched, and it was enough to hook me. Still great and been rewatched many times.

Between Us—for convincing me sex first, love second was a realistic scenario and a great trope.

So I guess– I’m going to go with a weird one– Destiny Seeker!This one is cute with a quirky University theme. I feel like I would rewatch this show a lot more if the subs were decent.
