Rewatched it like 3 times and One hug to remember forever line makes me cry every single time. I have so many conflicted feelings, I love how much Wang grew and came to become even more confident in his instincts, I hate how Mol remained the same and learned absolutely nothing from all of this, I'm pissed at In who got two chances at love and hurt them both just to please others. But these conflicting feelings is also why I love this series, nothing has ever represented the cruel reality better than this show. To make myself feel better, I just imagine that Wang eventually leaves his home and finds someone who is not scared to love him, who is not ashamed of their feelings for Wang. :')

History 3 MODC taught me one thing that "to Not to get attach to any drama/movie in deep level", so I was okay with 180 degree line Passes Through Us .
I don't know if this is right way but one thing that the 180° drama needs appreciation is how realistic it was.
Yeah it was the situation opposed to the characters that got to me. MODC was just on another level of ripping your hear out and then dancing on top of it.+

Absolutely. It has it's own angst and feels, but it has a satisfying and happy ending. If you want something even lighter, I'll suggest Kieta Hatsukoi or Mr Heart.

If you want something light, and sweet try: "Kimi no Koto Dake Mite Itai" (2022), though "Kieta Hatsukoi" is probably more light-hearted.
