BL Challenge

Day 22–Best Production: Shine (or if it has to be completed, Gelboys) 

Shine is blowing me away every week but Gelboys was so interesting in terms of film style, colors, music, overall feel.

Day 23—Most Complex Plot: 4Minutes (Sultrier Version) 

for anyone who hasn't seen this it‘s actually a really good psychological thriller, although quite violent. It also has very graphic NC scenes, but if you don’t want that you could watch the cut version.

Day 24–Most Emotionally Heavy BL Ever: UWMA

i agree about this one. Great but I can’t rewatch it. I also thought Manner of Death was pretty intense as far as the crime story. The BL that made me cry the hardest though was I Promised You the Moon. I blame it on PP’s excellent acting and crying skills.

I have so many new episodes to watch this weekend!

I want to start Kill to Love but I think I have too many shows right now. I may start My Bias is Showing anyway next week just because there are less episodes out so far and it is lighter.

(re "Golden Feathers", see p. 2199) OK, it's now posted on WeTV, and it is indeed the obnoxious money-grab I expected: 28 cents x 42 micro-episodes after the first 10 free = almost US$ 12, even for VIP members. Pffft, no way!

Why are so many good story-lines going to micro series 🤬
