How to WORK/READ at www.jjwxc.net SITE!! Any suggestion/HELP would be APPRECIATED!!

How do you get https://www.jjwxc.net/ to work?? What I mean is the VIP part..Do I hav to pay to read those parts or just Register?? I'm confused and there are A LOT of novels where I read through FTL or MTL that just TOTALLY IGNORE the EXTRA'S in the novels and when I try to find them, they're only AVAILABLE  at this JJWXC site and they're ALL under LOCK as VIP'S and I honestly don't get how to WORK it..
