Not sure if I'm just super emotional lately, but every episode (except Revamp) had me in tears.
Memoir of Rati: Absolutely one of my favorite series. I can’t believe next week is already the final episode 😭 I’m really glad P'Thee’s dad finally found the courage to stand up to his mothers’s controlling behavior. Okay, maybe that’s my rebellious side talking, but even though I get the context of the time and why K'Rati is so realistic about their relationship, I wish he were more bold in defending it, like P'Thee is. That scene with the fireworks was so stunning. The way P'Thee talks about their relationship instead of the fireworks was so moving. Great’s performance there was flawless. His teary eyes, the softness in his voice, the look that held both hope for a future where they can love freely and sadness for the reality they’re stuck in. And the dock scene with Mek and Dech? Gorgeous. GreatInn and AouBoom are phenomenal actors. They can say so much with just a glance, and they’re so skilled at channeling their characters’ emotions. I seriously hope we get to see more of them cause they’ve got so much more to give. P'Jam and P'Kui? I knew something was up with all that bickering between them!😂
Revamp :I'm a sucker for vampire series, and I'm really enjoying this one. Okay, I might be a little biased cause I’ve been obsessed with Boun and Prem since Until We Meet Again. I saw some people calling it a comedy, but I totally disagree. Sure, there are a few funny moments, but it’s definitely a supernatural drama with romance and fantasy vibes. Maybe not as dark as some were expecting, but I think it’s still too early to tell. I wasn’t exactly shocked by who the hunters are, thanks to the MDL page spoiling the surprise by straight-up listing them. 🤦♀️ Hopefully that was just a one-time slip-up, because if they keep doing that, I’m gonna have to stop reading the cast info. 😂 And that constant bickering between Ciar and Mekhin? It’s giving major romantic tension. Can’t wait for the next episode! And Under the Moonlight is sooo beautiful! 😍
Khemjira: Today's episode was intense but absolutely beautiful. The entire cast delivered top-notch performances. I couldn’t hold back the tears. I genuinely felt sorry for Yod. In his ignorance, he ended up destroying the very thing he loved most. But in the end, he found forgiveness, and that hit hard. Ramphueng, though... that one’s going to be a whole different story. She won’t be easy to deal with.
10 Things I want to do before I turn 40: "You know how people say they aren't prejudiced? Don't you think they're often the most prejudiced of all?" It honestly felt like I was listening to myself. It's exhausting having people constantly poking into your personal life asking if you're dating, who you're dating, when you're having kids, and all that. And the worst part? They always say it’s “just out of love” or “with the best intentions.” Keishi and Tojo ended up hurting each other while trying to protect their privacy and a and a matter that concerns only the two of them. Tojo was finally starting to believe he deserves love and was slowly opening himself up to happiness.
BL Challenge Day 23: Most complex plot in a BL Totally agree with @p43425 about Secret Relationship. I’d also throw in When It Rains, It Pours and Spare Me Your Mercy though that last one isn’t technically a BL.
BL Challenge Day 24: Most emotionally heavy BL ever Same as most folks here UWMA
Now I'm diving into ABO Desire, Kill to Love, and Shine. Looks like it's gonna be a long night! 😂
