Is anyone watching Reset? Is it any good?

i watched it! it rightfully got a ton of praise here and i definitely enjoyed watching, just maybe not quite as much as everyone else tbh. i thought the production was really good, the story was interesting and well written, and the acting/chemistry was great. i'm just not super into big, dramatic romantic gestures so that stuff was a little over the top for me, but ofc that's just personal preference. overall tho i'd recommend watching, it's a really good show :)

I just finished Mandate, and I have to admit I'm pretty impressed by the show, plot-wise and character-wise. Maybe not the BL of the year, but probably in my top15. I liked that it was not focused on the romance, and the acting was decent. If you've watched it, what is your opinion ?

Ohhhh,  it ISN'T focused on romance? Hmmm, what is the focus on? Asking so I can decide if it stays in my PTW list, lol.

I watched the first episode of Punks Triangle  and was pleasantly surprised.

I felt the urge for an easy two-hour watch, so I picked "Ocean Likes Me", which has been stuck on my PTW list for ages. From the average MDL rating (6.7) I wasn't expecting much, but I quite liked it - despite the admittedly weak story/writing and spotty execution. I especially enjoyed seeing Holland.

I was going to write one post summarizing all this weekend’s episodes, but there are too many to keep track of. So far:

Khemjira episode 11

I know everyone loves this but it’s not quite my kind of story with the ghosts and horror elements. Still, it continues to deliver. Why did it have to end the episode like that? Aaaah! I hate cliffhangers. I’m just hoping everything gets resolved next week and we get some romantic and sexy scenes to wrap it up. I thought their plan to distract Rampheung this week was good, but of course it didn’t work because it’s episode 11. can you drive away from a ghost? I thought they basically added the fast car element just to be cool. Also I adored Namping’s imitation of FirstOne/Jet. So spot on! I cried when Charn almost died but I was happy they finally agreed to resume their relationship. I am in love with both these couples! Keng is my favorite, though. When he wore that ancient god costume last week it was all over for me. No contest. How does Domundi/Mandee continue to offer us new couples to fall in love with? I thought ThomasKong, AuauSave, and PorTeetee were all great but now we have KengNamping and TleFirstOne.  Their line up is just stellar, and their shows have been great this year. I hope this continues. But for now I just need a happy ending next week for PeemKhem.

That Summer episode 5

i think WinnySatang really have something special on screen. i love their bickering and their chemistry is fire. MondRyu are really cute together and I’m enjoying Mond as a softie. Otherwise I’m finding this show a bit disappointing. I just think it’s a fun premise that they’re not making the most of. But maybe that will change next week. I’m liking watching this I just want a little more from it.

Me and Who episodes 1 & 2

usually I do not like silly shows, but this may be the exception. So far it is ridiculous in the best way and so much fun. I don’t really care if it makes complete sense as long as we get lots of BigPark flirting and catching feelings. Also more fun fits for Park please! I am a fan of fake relationships so that helps with this show but also it’s setting the right tone by not letting the humor get too over the top. If it needs to for the occasional park silly dance scene, though, that’s ok with me. I liked BigPark in monster next door so I am primed for more of them. I think this will be my great weekly escape. I hope so.

The Wicked Game episode 4

way to start the episode with a bang! I don’t think I’ve seen machine guns in a Thai show before. Of course ThanPheem can still get out of the way because it’s that kind of show. I’m glad to see the sister on Pheem’s side though I still don’t trust her. I do want her to date her bodyguard, though. that would be fun, but I don’t think it’s headed in that direction. As it is we didn’t get much DaouOffroad romantic time and instead have to watch Pheem with another man. I think Pheem uses everyone so it’s hard to tell if he has any real feelings. I see why Than has trouble trusting him, even without the car explosion. But meanwhile Than is catching feelings and doesn’t know what to do with them. Poor thing! I realize this show is all about the constant drama but I still wish I could get a better read on where it’s headed (besides the bedroom.) also, I don’t really want to watch Jet throw a tantrum every episode. It makes me want reasons for why his bodyguard is so loyal, since Jet is so annoying. The dad is just heartless and seems to like watching his children try to manipulate each other and the situation. I still don’t know what to make of the sister. I think it’s safe to assume everyone in this show has their own agenda.

Un-in Heart (4 Destiny Project) episode 1

i decided to try this show and was pleasantly surprised. First of all, P-Jung is way prettier than i remember from Season of Love in Shimane. Also, he was willing to take his shirt off in this, as opposed to Shimane’s ridiculous sex scene with him still wearing it. (Not a bad scene otherwise, just made no sense with all the explicit sex that he was still wearing a shirt.) P-Jung and Plai continue to have good chemistry, and I liked the story so far of their characters Heart and Un. It’s a little confusing when the story switches back and fourth in time, but overall a cute couple with a potentially interesting relationship. Also, unlike the other stories in 4 Destiny project, this is just a romance and nothing more complicated. And, as expected from 9NAA, there is an explicit NC scene, albeit short.

Me and Who eps 1 and 2

no one mentioned it but Suriya and Popthorn watch a drama (BL) at one point and I’m pretty sure it’s Knock Knock Boys. It was a scene where Jaonine and Nokia kiss.

Also in EP 1 there's a surprise cameo couple but I won't spoil it.  🤫  Mr. P would be really happy to see a certain most dearly beloved person I think.

I'm surprised at how much more I find Park attractive and cute here. I went back to Monster Next Door to check and he had a very light shade with a shaggy haircut, which isn't as flattering as his current style. Now his eyes really shine too. Sometimes it's all about the hair, what can I say? I'm weird like that.
