BL Drama Lovers Club

Just finished binging "Our Days" and I'm not sure why it gets slammed so much. I mean, the ML ended up with the wrong guy, IMO, but so what? That's just part of dealing with a writer's work. You like some characters and you dislike others, but isn't that the point?

The drama itself is a slow burn, and whoever decided on the scene sequences should be sacked, but otherwise, it was a typical college student drama.  OK, no side couples, but I was fine with that, too, as the focus stayed on the ML - with only the occasional tangent

I have to be honest, I'm not really a fan of the BL that comes out of Thailand; however, "I Told Sunset About You" and "Our Days"  have been a pleasant diversion this past weekend.

im watching the mood indigo part of the pornographer/the novelist series and my jaw has been on the floor 99% of the time. like the writers must've been talking hard drugs because some of these dialogues couldnt  have been written sober or sane

I have seen pornographer and I have been meaning to watch mood indingo.  Is it weird in a good or bad way?

A lot of the j- dramas I have seen lately make me feel the way you've described lol Kakafukaka is one  that comes to mind although not a BL.

its good, the acting and chemistry is vvv well done, plus its interesting to see kijima and kidos backstory.  theres a handful of sex scenes (unsurpisingly)  though i maybe im too asexual for them they made me slam my laptop shut and take a walk around my house before i could pick it back up again ( not in a bad way, more that they were just very shocking).

i just checked the mdl for that drama (Kakafukaka) and it has nakao masaki, who is in kabe koji/grand guignol. it seems he only takes relatively 'interesting' roles

I am a fan of it. Also Mood Indigo is an awesome band name!

I've been looking at older productions, and came across the (low budget) "Queer Movie Beautiful". It was well done considering. Interesting storyline.

Also discovered a nice second couple in "Love is Science?".  Fortunately, you can watch a condensed version of their interactions in the first 10 episodes on youtube, and then merrily skip through the remaining episodes for their scenes.

Ahahaha, love this reaction to them!  I still haven't watched Mood Indigo but I will someday!

Love is Science is really good, I desperately want them to make a full blown series with the couple because they're just so nice without being over the top
